Method
Crust
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line bottom of an 11x15 baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unroll crescent roll dough and press into bottom of baking sheet. Poke holes in the bottom of the crust with a fork so it doesn't puff up.2 8 oz. crescent roll dough
- Par bake the crust for 8-9 minutes until lightly golden brown.
Scrambled Eggs
- In a bowl whisk eggs, salt, pepper and milk until well combined.½ tsp. salt, 6 eggs, ¼ tsp. black pepper, ¼ cup milk
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and use a rubber spatula to fold & stir the eggs as they cook. Remove from heat when just a little liquid remains. Do not overcook as the eggs will turn rubbery! Place eggs on a plate and wipe out the skillet.2 tbsp. butter
Sausage Gravy
- In the skillet add breakfast sausage and break apart into small pieces. Cook until no longer pink.½ pound pork breakfast sausage
- Sprinkle flour over sausage and mix until coated. Slowly add milk and stir over medium heat until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.3 tbsp. flour, 1 ½ cups milk, ½ tsp. black pepper, ½ tsp. salt
Pizza Assembly
- Spread sausage gravy over crust, leaving about half an inch of crust on the edge.
- Top evenly with scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon/ham. Bake pizza for 7-8 minutes until cheese is melted.1 cup Colby jack cheese, 1 cup chopped bacon or ham
- Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired. Cut into squares.green onions
