Method
- Add smoothie ingredients to blender. Blend well, about 20 seconds.
- Pour into serving cups. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired. Each smoothie recipe will make about 2 cups.
Notes
Pumpkin pie spice can be found premade in the grocery store, but it is so easy to make your own.
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
