Method
- Place mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy, about a minute8 oz. mascarpone cheese
- Add heavy cream, maple syrup and vanilla. Beat until well combined.¼ cup heavy cream, ¼ cup real maple syrup, ½ tsp. vanilla extract
- Serve right away or store in the refigerator.
Notes
The mascarpone will whip up best if it's at room temperature. Take the cheese out of the fridge at least 30 minutes up to an hour before starting.
