Easy Mascarpone Dip with Maple Syrup

Mascarpone dip is a quick, creamy fruit dip made with 4 ingredients - mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla. It takes just 5 minutes to make and has a rich, lightly sweet flavor that pairs perfectly with fresh fruit, crackers, or even as a spread on toast or pancakes.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. mascarpone cheese
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup real maple syrup
  • ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place mascarpone in a mixing bowl. Using a hand mixer, beat until light and fluffy, about a minute
    8 oz. mascarpone cheese
  2. Add heavy cream, maple syrup and vanilla. Beat until well combined.
    1/4 cup heavy cream, 1/4 cup real maple syrup, 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  3. Serve right away or store in the refigerator.

Notes

The mascarpone will whip up best if it's at room temperature. Take the cheese out of the fridge at least 30 minutes up to an hour before starting.
