Crispy Baked Toasted Ravioli

These crispy baked toasted ravioli are golden on the outside, cheesy on the inside, and made easy with frozen ravioli . Serve them with warm marinara for dipping and you’ve got an appetizer (or lunch!) that disappears fast.

Ingredients
  

  • 25 oz. bag frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¾ cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese grated
  • marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray a wire rack on a sheet pan with non-stick spray.
  2. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs & milk. In another dish, combine bread crumbs & parmesan cheese.
  3. Dip frozen ravioli in egg mixture, then bread crumbs & place on wire rack about an inch apart.
  4. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
