These breakfast banana splits are a breakfast spin a nostalgic dessert and made with yogurt, fresh fruit, granola and honey. They are a tasty way to start your day!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • ½ cup fresh berries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • honey for drizzling

Method
 

  1. Peel banana and cut each in half lengthwise. Place one banana (2 halves) on a plate. Top with yogurt, fresh berries, granola & a drizzle of honey. Serve immediately!

Notes

Yogurt - Use Greek for the thickest texture. Plain or flavored. 
Berries - Strawberries, raspberries and blueberries are my go-to's
Granola - Store-bought or homemade. Use your favorite flavor!
