Method
- Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until desired smoothness.16 oz. cottage cheese, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, 1 tsp. dried parsley, 1 tsp. dried dill, ¼ tsp. kosher salt, 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Transfer to a storage bowl or serving bowl. For best results, allow the dip to sit for 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld together.
- Serve with chips, crackers or veggies. Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
