Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease an 8x8 baking pan.
In a bowl combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon and salt
2 cups old fashioned oats, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. cinnamon, ¼ tsp. salt
Add milk, syrup, butter, peanut butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix until just combined.
2 cups milk, 2 tbsp. butter, ⅓ cup maple syrup, 2 eggs, ½ cup creamy peanut butter, 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Pour batter into greased pan. Sprinkle top with fruit or chocolate chips, if desired.

Bake for 40-45 minutes until the center is set and top is lightly golden. Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
