These baked Greek Turkey Meatballs are loaded with flavor and include feta cheese & sundried tomatoes baked right in. Serve with a quick homemade tzatziki sauce over orzo, as an appetizer or on a salad!

Ingredients
  

Greek Turkey Meatballs
  • 1 # ground turkey
  • 1 egg beaten
  • ½ cup bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup red onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp. dried parsley
  • 1 tsp. dried oregano
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. salt
  • ¼ tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. milk
  • cup feta cheese
  • ¼ cup sundried tomatoes
Tzatziki Sauce
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup grated English cucumber
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp. fresh dill
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Method
 

Making the Meatballs
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well using a wooden spoon or your hands.
  3. Take about a tablespoon of meatball mixture and roll meatballs into 1-½ inch balls. Place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake meatballs 20-22 minutes until meatballs are browned and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Tzatziki Sauce
  1. While the meatballs are cooking, gather all tzatziki ingredients. Squeeze as much liquid out of grated cucumber as possible.
  2. Add all the tzatziki ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
  3. Using as a dipping sauce or topping for the Greek Turkey Meatballs.
