Making the Meatballs
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl, combine all meatball ingredients and mix well using a wooden spoon or your hands.
- Take about a tablespoon of meatball mixture and roll meatballs into 1-½ inch balls. Place on a baking sheet about 2 inches apart.
- Bake meatballs 20-22 minutes until meatballs are browned and reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
Tzatziki Sauce
- While the meatballs are cooking, gather all tzatziki ingredients. Squeeze as much liquid out of grated cucumber as possible.
- Add all the tzatziki ingredients to a small bowl and mix well.
- Using as a dipping sauce or topping for the Greek Turkey Meatballs.
