Dill Pickle Dip

This Dill Pickle Dip is creamy & flavorful with bits of pickles in every bite. Serve with potato chips, pretzels or veggies for a delicious snack or appetizer!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup dill pickles chopped
  • ½ tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dried dill
  • 1 tbsp. pickle juice

  • Mixing Bowls

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, whip together sour cream & cream cheese until light & fluffy.
  2. Add in chopped pickles, garlic powder, dill & pickle juice. Use a spoon to mix thoroughly.
  3. Serve with potato chips, crackers or veggies for dipping. This dip can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Notes

Other ideas:
  • Add some diced ham to the dip.
  • This Dill Pickle Dip would also be fabulous used as a spread for a wrap or deli sandwich!
