- In a mixing bowl with a hand mixer, whip together sour cream & cream cheese until light & fluffy.
- Add in chopped pickles, garlic powder, dill & pickle juice. Use a spoon to mix thoroughly.
- Serve with potato chips, crackers or veggies for dipping. This dip can be kept in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.
Notes
Other ideas:
- Add some diced ham to the dip.
- This Dill Pickle Dip would also be fabulous used as a spread for a wrap or deli sandwich!
