This cream cheese caramel apple dip is a quick, 5-minute recipe made with cream cheese sweetened with the flavors of fall. It’s a great way to enjoy all the flavors of a caramel apple without the sticky mess. Perfect for fall parties, after-school snacks, or holiday spreads.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
  • tsp. salt
  • 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Using a stand mixer with whisk attachment or handheld mixer, combine cream cheese, brown sugar, white sugar, cinnamon and salt until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
    8 oz. cream cheese, ¾ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup white sugar, ¼ tsp. ground cinnamon, ⅛ tsp. salt, 1 ½ tsp. vanilla extract
  2. Add vanilla and beat until combined.
  3. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 4 days.
