Brie Grilled Cheese

Move over American cheese! Mild, creamy Brie melts like a dream, and when paired with your favorite fruit jam, creates an amazing Brie Grilled Cheese sandwich!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 tbsp. fruit jam*
  • 2 oz. Brie cheese sliced

Instructions

  • Heat griddle or small skillet over medium heat. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  • Flip bread over and spread fruit jam evenly over both slices. Place Brie on one side. Place the other bread slice on top, butter side up.
  • Grill sandwich until bread is golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Flip sandwich over and grill for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from heat and cut in half. Serve immediately!
