Everything Bagel Pull Apart Bread

A savory version of the typically sweet breakfast bake that pays homage to the "everything" bagel & cream cheese.

Ingredients

  • 2 16 oz. cans refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 stick butter unsalted
  • 3 tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 oz. cream cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Generously grease bottom and sides of bundt pan. Melt butter in microwave.
  • Remove biscuits from can and quarter each. A kitchen scissor works really well for this. Place biscuit pieces in large mixing bowl and add melted butter.
  • Sprinkle in bagel seasoning. Stir gently until biscuit pieces are well coated. Place about half of the biscuits into bundt pan.
  • Take half of the cream cheese and evenly dot small pieces in and over dough. Top with remaining biscuits and repeat with the rest of the cream cheese.
  • Bake 35-40 until deep golden brown. The bubble bread should spring back when poked. Leave in pan for about 10 minutes before inverting onto plate. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Everything bagel seasoning can be found in the spice aisle at many grocery stores
    • If you can't find it, you can make your own using
      • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
      • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds
      • 2 teaspoons dried garlic flakes
      • 2 teaspoons dried onion flakes
      • 1-¼ teaspoons kosher salt
