Fall Smoothies
These Apple Pie & Pumpkin Pie Smoothies are proof that smoothie season doesn't have to end when fall comes around!

Apple Pie Smoothie
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup applesauce
- ¼ cup oats
- ½ tsp. cinnamon ground
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 heaping cup ice cubes
Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- ½ cup pumpkin puree canned
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice recipe in notes
- 1 heaping cup ice cubes
Add smoothie ingredients to blender. Blend well, about 20 seconds.
Pour into serving cups. Sprinkle with extra cinnamon, if desired. Each smoothie recipe will make about 2 cups.
Pumpkin pie spice can be found premade in the grocery store, but it is so easy to make your own.
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
Mix well before measuring. This recipe makes just over 1 ½ teaspoons, which will be enough for 1 batch of pumpkin pie smoothies with some extra to sprinkle on top.
