These Italian Egg Rolls bring together an Italian flavored filling inside a crispy egg roll wrapper so well known as a Chinese appetizer.

Brown Italian sausage Drain off any fat. Add peppers, onions and spinach sauté for 5-7 minutes until tender and spinach is wilted. Set aside

In a large bowl, combine cheeses and garlic powder. Add meat mixture and mix well.

Fill each egg roll with 2 tbsp. of filling and roll.

Fry egg rolls in about 1/2 inch of vegetable oil. Turn to brown on all sides.

Serve warm with marinara sauce!
